i had this issue trigger once after obs crashed, and can't seem to be fixed, but the tldr is input boxes that appear such as options to add a new source are broken. restarting in or out of safemode doesn't work, here's an unlisted youtube video i recorded showing the issue, and it appears just as it does on my desktop
