Question / Help OBS Download issue

Hey there. I am trying to download OBS but after the wizard opens and I hit next I get the following error:

Your system is missing DriectX components that OBS requires. Would you like to download them?

After I click it, it takes me to the Microsoft page with windows 10.

I already have windows 10 with everything downloaded but it wants me to download it again for no reason?
