Question / Help OBS dosnt pick up the audio from my Astro A40s

Hey i can get audio from them when i re-download but only after 1 boot up. i would like to know if there is a fix to this problem and if anybody knows it. I've gone through most f the other posts but haven prevailed I've changed my setting a couple hundred times or so it feels and i cant seem to find a solution any response's would be great. thank you in advanced.
And yes i have tried turning it off and on again.
 
Locking at the request of the OP. The user sent a PM saying they discovered that they had a corrupted audio device.
