I recently got the Corsair Gaming H2100 Gaming Headset and wanted but to record with OBS but it didn't work. I tried to listen to my own mic which worked out perfectly fine and I looked at a bunch of other forums on the site but found no answer. I have tried forcing the mic in the settings and I tried everything on the forums but none of solutions worked out for me. I have run out of ideas so if you have any ideas please comment. Here is my log http://pastebin.com/HjLkg4KL

Firstly, nice headset, it's a really nice looking headset and would consider buying if it was wired.

Anyway. Try going into control panel in the sound settings, and switch your microphone to the default.

When you're done, try setting the microphone in the audio settings to default, and NOT selected as your microphone.

Try that I guess, if not then I am not sure.

I've tried that already and it doesn't work but when I use my elgato which works so I'm not sure.

Post a logfile.

First place to look is in your Settings, see what you have set for Microphone. If it's Default, make sure your headset mic is set as the default recording device in Windows.
