Question / Help OBS Doesn't Recognize Battlefield 4

Hello everybody. I'm trying to stream Battlefield 4 in Borderless Windowed mode, but OBS doesn't recognize it in either Window Capture or Game Capture. Any ideas? Thanks.

This has already been reported, unfortunately this was caused by a BF4 patch quite some time ago. I currently use Game Capture with the hotkey function to capture it. Sometimes I have to run OBS as an administrator for this to work, but most of the time it works right away.
If you are on Windows 8 you could also use Monitor capture if you want, but overlapping windows would then show up on your stream of course.

Yes I've tried running it in Administrator mode and it still doesn't show up. I suppose I can run it in windowed mode and use a third-party program to borderless fullscreen the window. Seems to be the only way. Just didn't this specific problem with BF4 on the forum. Thanks anyway.

As mentioned, I used the hotkey function of the game capture, it never showed up in the dropdown. But for the hotkey function to work it sometimes needed admin mode :)
