My OBS was working normally, and suddenly, when I tried to open it, it didn't work. A message about safe mode appears. I searched the forum for how to disable the message, but it still doesn't work. I have the log here. Can someone help me?

Please attach obs logs as files, do not insert it into the post itself.
Is there a crash log available, too?

Since there is one of the last log lines saying "NVENC... AV1 not supported" it may be the case that your graphics drivers are outdated for 30.1.2
