Question / Help OBS doesn't detect in game sound

I have a sound card where I connect my audio cable, and the microfone cable is connected to the motherboard, because I have conflits using the 2 cables in 1 place :/ But, in stream my voice is recorded well, but the games doesn't have sound... anybody can help? :o
