Question / Help OBS doesn't connect, but does start

I've streamed before, I've switched the stream key, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled.

But when I press "Stream Now" It'll say it's started, it'll say LIVE but my channel doesn't receive anything and remains offline.

I've looked at other people that have the same problem but their questions were never answered.

Yes I'm using OBS Studio latest update

I'm using Youtube to Stream and have done so many times.

But it is not connecting and I honest to go have no clue what the problem is.
