OBS Does not recognize Elgato 4k60 Pro MK.2 Source Resolution

When I try to add Video Capture Device with Elgato 4k60 Pro MK.2, OBS does not recognize it's source resolution and only adding 1080p capture on canvas. I changed canvas/output size to 1440 with custom resolution (my stream's pc monitor is on 1080p monitor). I've tried reinstalling everything, even windows. the attached log file is the freshly installed obs log file. please help.
Im trying to record at 1440p resolution from my gaming pc with streaming pc.

I found the solution to this issue. so if anyone who's facing the same issue as me. try changing the video format to anything except 'Any'. I got mine fixed with YV12.

I will try this out tomorrow. I'm having the same problem when trying to capture a 4K 25fps camera. Elgato software detects it in the right resolution but OBS only adds it in 1080p.

Everywhere I go, I see "change the format to YV12" "thanks, this fixed it!" but I don't have the option for YV12, it only shows YUY2 for me. I don't suppose anyone happens to know why my YV12 is missing?
