obs.dll crashing on 27 release candidate

I realize I'm running a release candidate but figured I'd post these logs in case y'all find it helpful. Also any troubleshooting tips would be very welcome. I'm about to just do a clean install.

If you load 26.1.2 and then 27rc2, the crash should go away. Otherwise, you can wait for rc3 which will have a full fix for this issue.
