Question / Help OBS Display Capture NOT Working! Please Help!

Multi-adapter compatibility hooking is in the game capture source's properties.

The other two are handled in the above laptop troubleshooting guide.

Nothing changed after following those directions. Display Capture does not work and Game Capture runs a 4fps

I am really not trying to be a dick, but so far nothing that has been told to me has been helpful...
I really do need to start streaming again and in order to do that I would appreciate some help towards getting my display capture working. not game or window capture. that is all. I opened a new thread because this one was getting me no where and i am sorry if I sound a bit frustrated.
