OBS, Discord, Chome crashing during live stream

I just don't know where to go for help so here goes nothing.
I'll try to be as detailed but short.

I just built my pc last September so I could play and Livestream COD Warzone. I've had terrible Dev errors for 2 months (6068, 5759) and the only fix that we came up with was to disable the XMP or the profile in the bios. (I'm not really good at this, Just had help from some friends.
Anyway, I've been playing and live streaming for 3 months after that until a couple of weeks ago my PC just stopped working. We reset the cmos by removing the battery from the MOBO and after that things got weird with my pc.

Every time I stream Warzone after about 3-4 hours my OBS and discord crashes, sometimes my Chrome and my game too. (I only have 1-2 tabs open). My monitor will go black for a few seconds then my OBS and Discord disappear (sometimes Warzone crashes too with the Dev error 5759). I tried playing Resident Evil 3 Remake to test if it's just the game, but it's still the same.

Info that might help:
PC specs:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NKqzq3
Peripherals that are connected to the pc and a powered usb extension: (idk if these could be a factor to determine what could be the problem)
Samsung - Odyssey CRG5 series 24” LED Curved FHD FreeSync monitor
Samsung - Odyssey CHG7 Series C32HG70QQN 32" HDR Curved QHD FreeSync Monitor
HyperX - ChargePlay Base 15W Qi Certified Wireless Charging Pad for iPhone/Android - Black
Sony - Alpha a6000 Mirrorless Camera
Elgato Stream Deck
Elgato HD60 S+ Capture Card
Elgato - Cam Link 4K - Black
Blue Yeti USB Mic
Logitech G502 SE
AULA RGB Gaming Keyboard

CPU and GPU temps are about 60-80 degrees.
I have attached the OBS crash log for the past few days.

Please help.

I don't know what to do. I am about to reformat my pc as my last resort but I thought of asking for help online before I do all that.
I just want to stream in peace without any interruptions. :(

In two of the crashes, OBS crashes in the Elgato driver software. May be it will help if you update to the most current Elgato software.
The other crashes seem to crash during memory allocation, probably due to memory corruption (not out of memory). This might be the cause if the memory was corrupted by bad Elgato drivers, so update the drivers before you look elsewhere.
