Hello All,
My last post seems to have disappeared without notice so I'm attempting to ask for help again, if whomever approves forum posts could please let me know what I am doing wrong if this is rejected it would be greatly appreciated. I have an inconsistent issue where, as the title describes, when streaming with OBS Studio my stream will often drop to 0 bitrate but won't show as disconnected and won't attempt to reconnect due to this. This happens during online games as well as offline without interruption elsewhere (I can still see chat, finish my ladder match, etc). Moreover, when I attempt to manually disconnect the stream, OBS refuses to disconnect. It says it is attempting to, but it will hang there for as long as I leave OBS open which necessitates me force quitting OBS. If I open OBS again I'm able to start the stream again but the issue repeats itself. When using XSplits against the same Twitch server, this issue does not occur ever; so I'm assuming this is an OBS issue. Logs are attached.
Steps I have taken:
Reinstalled OBS
Updated Network Drivers
Updated GPU Drivers
Updated Chipset Drivers
Flashed BIOS
Tried XSplit (worked without issue)
Screamed aloud in frustration
Let me know if I can provide more info.
Thank you,
OldWhovian
