Hi there!
Ive been having some problems with trying to figure out why my streams have been disconnecting and reconnecting.
I have ran a number of Bandwidth Test Streams at different times of the day for about an hour each time and have had 0 dropped frames with my network connection but everytime I start a stream on Twitch I keep getting disconnected and then reconnected.
I have tried multiple solutions with changing my bitrate, my resolution and different servers and tried to Twitch Test.
The only things I havent tried is contacting my ISP, trying a wired connection or buying a new router/modem (Moneys tight so I need to save).
But Im posting here for some help with trying to read the log error file since the statistics of my last live stream didnt show any changes in the numbers only that changed from Live to Reconnecting and then back to Live again as if I clicked Stop Stream and Start Stream again.
I only stream art, I don't play online games. I run Firebot as a thing to handle redeems and I also use Stream Elements for my Overlay.
I have updated my network driver, but router to the latest firmware, Ive updated Windows 11 and Ive made sure my partner isnt streaming anything like Netflix and so on, the most they do is watch my streams on their phone with their own data.
I stream between 7-8pm to 11.30pm-2am AEST.
Ive also tried earlier in the mornings and afternoons as well but that also has been disconnecting and reconnecting. Its not a HUGE issue but its enough to ruin ones confidence. So if I can just figure out if its the ISP, Hardware or something to put me on the right track I can move forward accordingly. Just I am so stumped at what it could possibly be.
For point of reference; I usually connect to the Default server, or the Sydney Server with the Biterate of 4000 and stream with 720p at 60fps.
