Question / Help OBS disconnecting from Twitch.

I was streaming some Monster Hunter Freedom Unite yesterday. Everythign was fine for an hour or so in and, out of nowhere, I just kept getting disconnected from twitch every 10 minutes or so, and getting this dialogue box say re-connecting in... with a countdown.

what about that one, it's the latest one, I don't know it it'll help as I manually stopped the stream when it reconnected.

Your connection appears unstable:

Twitch will disconnect you if you don't send data for 10 seconds.
