OBS disconnecting and reconnecting while I'm in the middle of streaming.

Hello, so as the title of this mentions I've been struggling with OBS. Anytime I'm in the middle of my stream it disconnects and reconnects which ends the stream on twitch. Making me have to stream two streams anytime I stream.

If anyone could help me that would be great I stream on a laptop with windows 11. Here are my laptop specs if you need them:
