Btw.

What is that :
20:16:14: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Received FD_CLOSE, 4739 ms since last send (buffer: 306357 / 310272)
20:16:14: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Aborting due to FD_CLOSE, error 0

?
Maybe thats a problem

FD_CLOSE is saying the connection was closed. error 0 usually means that it the connection was non-gracefully closed and error 10053 means that some local software closed the connection, usually a firewall or a antimalware tool tat limits or blocks OBS from sending out.

those speeds look alright, but you are still playing on the borderline of your max upload. which your connection only has 50% quality (meaning jitter and speed isn't steady at that rating).

I would reduce to 2000

Okay im will reduce it, and try.

Should i get more upload from my provider? Like 5mb? Or how can i improve quality of my connection ?

the issues isn't always at your door, but there are a few things you can ensure.

1. use drivers recommended by your motherboard manufacturer
2. same with the chipset drivers
3. quality cat5/6 cable, check ends and make sure there aren't any kinks in it.
3a try not to connect via a hub, go straight to the router if at all possible.
4. request a newer router from ISP
5. the rest is done at the ISP level and between your ISP and twitch.

Note that twitch is one of the most bandwidth intensive sites for the past few years.
I really want to say they are like second to youtube; that's huge.

Well my windows is clear, and i have windows firewall disabled, im always doing it, if its needed i can enable it. ( I have allowed outbound TCP port number 1935, and disabled IP Helper in services.msc)

1,2 - I have quite new pc, and i have all drivers from cd, but okay, i will check for some uptades.
3 - i have ftp cat 6, im sure everything is okay.
4.5 Never had any problems with my internet, everything was okay, my router isnt new, and i dont have enough money to buy new one( my router is 2 years old, tp link N 300mb/s)

I really would like to start streaming and looks like everything dont want to let it happen.

well by router, I meant modem. ISP provided and should keep it up to date.

no need to allow outbound exceptions. yes, enable windows firewall and check your programs and features in control panel looking for suspicous or software that might be on there even if it came with the PC like norton antivirus.

Then i have it up to date. Ive decided to start streaming because week ago my provider connected me to fiber and i have new modem, connected by UTP cat5 to my router.
I dont have any antivirus. Just nothing.
