Question / Help OBS Crossbar Refusing to Change from TV Tuner In

So I am trying to set up my EasyCAP with OBS, it worked several minutes ago, however after turning off the preview, it stopped working. I had found out that Crossbar had changed the setting back from TV Composite In, to TV Tuner In, and now it keeps reverting back every single time I press Apply, Same thing goes for OBS Studio

I tried deleting my OBS folder in AppData\Roaming but it didn't fix the problem

Update: I uninstalled both OBS Versions I have (Including the UserData) and tried installing the latest version of OBS Studio, nothing changed, I uninstalled that and tried OBS Classic, again nothing changed.

I don't understand what is going on and I need some help, thanks

OBS does not handle the crossbar or config for video capture devices, it only calls the app registered with the driver to handle it. This isn't an OBS issue, it's a problem with the Easycap drivers.
