Try to test you PC for stability with ROG RealBench stress test (if possible). And return PC to manufacturer in case of faulting hardware.

Are you overclocking at all? This crash is consistent with early Ryzen BIOS problems, or an unstable overclock.

The only other thing that can cause this kind of crash is failing hardware (RAM, CPU, etc).

I'm testing my system again with prime 95, gonna run it for 20 hrs or so and see what happens.

My cpu is overclocked but has been since the day I got it(about 4 months now) and I have never had problems until now. I will stress test again and see if my system turns off. But i've never had any bsod or "black screens"(with ryzen) being overclocked.

Shame on you man, you need h264 test, not only prime95...

And after overclock you cannot ask for refund.

ROG stress test doesn't put any strain on my cpu...i've also used adobe premiere and handbrake to encode extremely large video files and its never crashed my pc.

Anyway running prime95 since yesterday afternoon, got back on my pc this afternoon and it was still going. CPU temp reached 79c, motherboard temp was 99c. Only that high because its hot in my room.

cpu temp looks good, but mb temp was not properly recognized (try hw info program) or there is a problem with this mb

I'm using HWiNFO64, and I should have said it reached 99c sometime overnight when it was hot in my room. This afternoon it was in the 80s. It could honestly just not be reading the motherboard temp correctly.

Current temps for cpu is 35c, lowest 32c. Motherboard is 39c, lowest 38c.

100c is crazy temp. should never happen. if you have really hot in room, just keep your pc case open, remove one case plate and keep your cats away

do you have it installed? http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows+10+-+64
