disable oc. return mb bios to defaults and see then. if it will crash, then its hw probelm. if not then it was bad oc

The thing is is that it doesn't crash all the time. These are first few crashes thats happened in months. And they may not occur again for another month.

not only heat but also internal inductance and capacitance of the semiconductors doesn't allow to reach higher frequencies (you can't change the last two).

Heres x264 test that ran all night, no errors. Not sure how I should run it for. Keep in mind its fairly hot in this room.

The settings for this test were infinity, 16 threads, normal process.

if its without oc now than it looks strange. maybe ryzen mobos are generally hot i dont know, but this 99c you had is not normal imho. try MSI reddit or AMD reddit and ask about it. maybe your mobo is faulty. Tomahawk is very popular, you should get answers fast
or simply you need cooler environment for pc - how many C degrees ususally in there? but thats unlikely i think

This is still overclocked, haven't crashed yet. I've read this board runs quite hot, and it only gets this hot after long periods of stress testing. When it reached 99c I was running prime95 all night.
