OBS Crashing

I'm trying to execute OBS after install a plugin that a friend of mine send to make a virtual cam. Already uninstall e reinstall OBs im my mac. No solved yet. Please help.

Any chance you were able to find a fix for this? I believe I'm experiencing the same type of crashing issue.
