Question / Help OBS crashing when using QuickSync

Hi,

I'm trying to stream/record with quick sync.. But for some reason i get the error: QSVHelper.exe was killed, encode failed. I get this randomly.. Sometimes after 2mins or after 2 hours..
Not sure how to fix this....

I have included OBS log and the "QSVHelper" log.
