OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to

So that is the crash file and basically what is happening is that OBS will work fine and dandy but when I try to add a video capture device, being my webcam, as soon as I press record or stream obs immediately crashes and then when i remove the video capture device it works fine.
