WoW 64bit seems to have some issues with it at the moment, and I don't know why. Can you get it to use a different directx version possibly? If all else fails, remove game capture and use window capture and run the game windowed/borderless windowed for the time being, will be about just as fast

Well, this is strange. Didn't think this would fix it. I switched back from Directx 11 to Directx 9 on WoW and also switched to 32 bit. Now gamecapture is working perfectly fine - no FPS drops or anything.

Gameplay seems to be choppy, but I'll just have to lower my bitrate down I guess.. I'm 35 up/35 down

choppy? could you give me a log file of that specific session?
I just tried a couple of times, here are a couple of logs.

I was trying to stream in 1920x1200 at first, then I scaled it down by 1.5 but the quality obviously went down in exchange.

I'm running an i7 975, with a GTX 295 graphics card, but would upgrading my graphics card have any effect on streaming?

1920x1200 at 60fps requires a serious beast of a computer to capture and encode. I would recommend definitely downscaling. Your video card is just chugging with it otherwise. Even at 30fps.
