I have been using OBS for over a year to record locally. I have had the exact same recording settings and hardware for over a year. I have changed nothing in my hardware setup over that year except keyboard and mouse. The last time I updated my drivers was over a month ago and OBS did not start crashing then.
As of the 9th of this month (May), OBS has begun crashing. I updated OBS when it prompted me to, but I can't recall when that was, but it wasn't on the 9th. It doesn't crash in the middle of a session, it's only at the very end after i've been recording.
The first time it crashed after a little under 30 minutes of recording. I then had to go back and re-record that episode, and it didn't crash during the second recording (which was 17 minutes long since it was no long a blind playthrough).
Today I recorded for a little under an hour, same thing. Crashed after I was done and I've lost an hour of footage this time.
