This issue seems to be similar to the issue in this thread - https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/crash-before-fully-starting.109428/
We both are having crashes on startups with exactly the same crash dump file information. However I seem to be having a couple of issues at the same time. When it crashes it still is "running" in the background, the audio levels are moving up and down. OBS only crashes when I have the laptop plugged into a USB C dock (this may be the root of all my issues). I've used OBS with another type of dock but I recently just switched to a USB C based dock and I haven't been able to get it working with the laptop plugged into the dock. When the computer is NOT plugged into the dock, OBS runs and starts up fine. However I have been unable to get it to actually grab the laptop's display. It can grab other specific windows but I haven't been able to get it to grab the whole monitor/display. I've tried re-installing/fresh installing a few times.
Any insight would be appreciated.
