Bug Report OBS Crashing, no video but audio works until the crash.

I just got a capture device and was trying to get OBS to recognize it, I'm using an EasyCAP USB 2.0 and when i select it as the video capture device, the audio works for a short while, with no video, and then it crashes. This is the error i get, i feel like I've tried almost everything! Any suggestions?

I think I have to just buy one of these devices to be able to replicate the problem.
