Hi, I've been an avid windows obs streamer for a couple of years now, this is the first time I've had a crash mid stream. I tried making sense of the crash reports but I was unable to. If anyone could take a look at this crash report and log file to let me kow where the error is, would appreciate it very much

The crash is caused by Dynamic Bitrate having to adjust your bitrate too frequently. This usually means your internet is too unstable to use Dynamic Bitrate with a hardware encoder like QSV. Disable Dynamic Bitrate in Settings -> Advanced and lower your bitrate to around 2000.
