OBS Crashes whenever I Change Scenes, Sometimes (at least now) whenever I open it.

OBS has crashed multiple times while trying to swap scenes (using elgato stream deck plugin/keys or no, I'm pretty sure) AND on 28.0.3 has hung upon startup.
It's been a terrible mess. I was having the swap scene issues on 27.2.4 after having rolled back from 28.0.2 because it started causing my Stream to crash (I think I was okay on 28.0.1, but this update is cursed, so I'm not risking it for now).

Originally I was trying to play RE4 on 27.2.4 and the scene swap killed my stream, kept doing it too.
Tried to back up scenes/etc. but delete everything else and try again, did, had a snafu where I lost all my scenes, reinstalled fresh 28.0.3, tried playing Apex and testing it, but it died there when I tried to swap a scene (using a hotkey)
I'm not using anything stream elements related, only plugins are for elgato, win-cap audio prior, Advanced scene switcher prior. Tried to uninstall those too, but have them back.

I'm at a loss really. About to roll back to 27.2.4 and hope for the best.
I'm worried it could be caused due to some sort of bloat or corruption? from using installer to revert before?
idrk
Specs btw.

Here are my crash reports, problem being that none of them are appearing as recent. I've been getting "OBS is not responding" and crashes my stream, and closes OBS, but not considered a "crash" I suppose? Idk did I accidentally turn off crash log reporting?

There are a couple possible logs it could be.
Here's the list of logs... based on my estimates it's probably the 6:26 or 7:35 or 46
I'm gonna post all three, maybe it was the others though.
I had tried testing the stream twice so there were two crashes

With the exeption of updating OBS (for now) do follow all the directions and recommendations of the analyzer:

Also, remove the filters from the mic.
Test.
If still happens, please post a new log file / crash report. If it not happens, start adding this filters one by one and test each time. This way you'll see if one of the filters is causing it.
And the order of the filters is wrong. You've put the compresor first and then the noise remover and should be the other way around. The reacomp is better than the OBS (IMO). reagate may also work to eliminate the noise mics normally have.

Check for veadotube updates, GPU driver updates, and so on.
