Bug Report OBS crashes when streamed to certain sites.

I was using OBS a few days ago and everything was fine. Now suddenly when I stream to specific sites (Castamp, Webcast) OBS shows that my upload is 0 kb/s and if I press Stop Stream it hangs forever. It doesn't produce any crash errors. It will just hang forever until i close it via task manager.

This means the server you're streaming to is too slow, and OBS is freezing since it's waiting for the connection to the server to finish.
