Bug Report OBS Crashes when I try to change settings on a source

So I have been experiencing crashes that occur when I go to the properties of a video source. I should start by saying that I am trying to capture video with a Black Magic Intensity Shuttle so I have the latest BM Drivers installed [10.5.4] and those drivers seem to cause a lot of problems with people.

I only started to have crashes when I added multiple webcams to the stream. Previously I was recording with with Shuttle and using one Logitech c920 webcam and I never experienced a crash, however as soon as I connected two more Logitech c920's I started getting crashes. I thought that maybe it's an issue with using multiple of the same webcams, however when I uninstall the Black Magic drivers and switch to using a Dazzle 100 capture card I am able to use multiple webcam's with no issue, so maybe it has nothing to do with the webcams. It seems strange that I only started getting crashes after I added the extra cams though.

I have never posted on here before so let me know if you need any other information. I'm posting my log file and the crashdump.

I just thought to mention that I am extending both the capture card and two of the webcams. The webcams are each plugged into a 15 ft extension cable and the capture card is plugged into 2 6ft usb 3.0 extenders that are strung together. I'm not sure if this could be the issue but it seems like I wont have crashes if i dont extend anything. Is it possible that this is the issue?
