OBS crashes on startup

Hey,

it happens from here to then that obs takes long and crashes, but after a 2nd or 3rd try it does eventually open then.
Now I am trying to open it for around 20min and nothing helps it just starts, no response and closes itself.
I attached the current log file to this thread, hope I can find some help. I do use SE.Live and also reinstalled it. Nothing changed.

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

I removed SE.live and reinstalled OBS Studio without any changes. I did notice that obs spiked the CPU usage to 100% and shortly after closed itself.

not sure if I can do anything about that or if that's simply my PC not getting it done.
i5 -7600k it got some years behind
