Question / Help OBS crashes on startup

I've looked at many other threads but I haven't run into a solution yet.
The application is visible in Task Manager, yet nothing appears in the system tray, taskbar, and no window appears.
I've reinstalled, installed the portable version, to no avail. Manually cleared out %appdata% as well. This seemingly happened randomly after I finished adjusting a scene for game capture.

Log of the last time OBS was able to run is attached.

I've noted that it isn't in the original post. I'l check the conflicts, thanks. I do have a Huion drawing tablet connected, but the drivers are hard to come by. I'll see if uninstalling them helps.

Huh... it really was the Huion tablet drivers. I thought I checked everything, thanks!

Actually, nope. Had to force close OBS twice now, and until I restart my PC, it refuses to open and has the same symptoms as before.

Mine does the same thing on startup and when I plug in my usb device external mixer any help would be great thanks
