My OBS keeps crashing on start up. I tried unistalling and reinstalling but that hasn't helped. This is my first time using any sort of screen capture software so I'm likely doing something wrong. I've attached the crash data from the last crash.
So I tried that, and it said all the drivers I have installed are up to date. It tried launching it again and it once again immediately crashed. I attached the latest crash report.
So, your driver is too old to be compatible with AMD hardware encoder that OBS Studio loading at startup. Hope, you already follow all Troubleshooting Steps, thus you may try to delete the plugin from the OBS itself. Look for the obs-plugins\64bit\enc-amf.dll file and remove it completely (AMD hardware encoder will be unavailable for you, even if you have any). Of course, you may try any previous build of the plugin/obs to see if it works there.
