Bug Report OBS Crashes Everytime i try to stream

Damn, that looks like a tricky problem. Maybe there is some corruption going on on your HDD(a far fetched guess).
Try running cmd.exe as administrator and type in "sfc /scannow" without the quotes.

Snooping around the internet I found some folks who have similar problems with other programs when they upgraded windows to another version(not a completely new install) or when they plugged in a new HDD and installed windows onto that and then tried to start a program from the old HDD with the old windows installation. Now, this is also really far fetched and not likely the same problem you have, but I don't have anything else ^^

I did not upgrade my windows. I rebooted my computer onto windows 8. I do have a spare external HDD from which I run most of my programs due to using a small SSD but both WOW and OBS are on my SSD which got booted. All the programs left over in the external HDD are from the old windows though.
