Obs Crashes But Pc works fine

My obs bitrate drops to 0 but the square remains green and my up and download are perfectly fine during it.
Once i hit stop streaming to restart the stream obs crashes and wont respond

I know its not my internet because i can immediately restart stream and my bitrate is SUPER consistent
Also because when it happens i have NO lag at all or FPS drops in game when obs "breaks"

I got a super beefed up PC and run fortnite with raytracing at 150 fps no hiccups so i know its not hardware

Run as Admin
Reduce the number of captures
Limit games to 60 FPS
Make sure all your plugins are up to date

ok thank you i will try all of these and get back to you if it keeps crashing i should know in a few days. My old Pc ran my exact profile settings everything perfectly fine and would not crash like this. i got a new pc and now its happening so maybe my old one didnt have HAGS on ill let you know if it keeps crashing and send the log as you said.

OH i forgot one thing im sorry but i feel like this will help huge one time when it crashed it have this error

I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the user profile that I was signed into I found this fix on this site and not sure if it helps but there are also a few more solutions on this site.
