OBS crashes after I close it. When I open it again, my USB devices start lagging and OBS doesn't open.

Recently, I have been experiencing a weird bug with the software. What happens is, after I close obs when I'm done recording/streaming, the window closes but I get hit with a message saying that it crashed. That would be fine, but when I open it again in the same session, my USB input devices (mouse and keyboard) start having INSANE input delay and slowdowns, my cursor goes at a very low framerate, ecc AND obs doesn't open at all . By the way, this behavior happens consistently until reboot, and has been happening since I've updated to the current version of the software.
Does anyone experience this? I searched online and I don't seem to find anything about it.

Thanks in advance for the help!

As a general comment about Apps and Operating Systems, if you have an App crash, there is a chance not everything closes/clears. So starting the App again may be tripping over whatever failed previously, as is your situation. Thanks to @R1CH for identifying your failure source. Sometimes restarting a Service/Daemon is required. Or in Windows, sometimes using Task Manager to kill specific processes. Sometimes log off/log on if all problematic processes are user level, or a full OS reboot if you aren't sure, or the item is kernel level and a service restart isn't working. Not hard, but not simple either. If that all sound even less decipherable than a foreign language, then KISS would be reboot (And don't let anyone tell you their OS (Mac or Linux doesn't have this issue - not true, just different)
