Question / Help OBS crashes after 20mins of streaming

OBS crashes after 20mins of streaming ? this happens everytime and some times OBS doesnt crash but the GAME i am hooked into (capturing) crashes instead.

It always seems to be after 19-20mins

When i am streaming my computer runs fine, CPU usage is at about 60-70%


HAS anyone else had this issue or know a fix ??
