Question / Help OBS crashes a few seconds after start streaming

Hello, I have been using OBS for a few months now and today my first issue popped up. I click Start Streaming and after a few seconds it will stop, giving a different error message each time. Here is my log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't run your webcam at 1080p. Set it to a lower resolution.

You're running too high of a resolution for your bitrate. Set it to use a larger downscale (for a smaller stream resolution) and/or increase the bitrate. If you want to keep that bitrate, set your stream to 960x540.

I've tried lowering the resolution, reinstalling OBS, connecting to different FMS URL, and streaming to youtube. A few seconds after I click start streaming, my kb/s goes from 400-800ish, my dropped fps spikes, then my upload speed goes back down to 0 and I get disconnected. It worked fine yesterday and I haven't changed any settings between today and yesterday.
