Question / Help OBS crash within 1 minute of stream start

OBS (both 32 and 64 bit) has been giving me trouble for about a week. For some reason, OBS always crashes within 1 minute of starting the stream. Between the previous stream and the first where this issue occurred, no settings in OBS were changed.

Edit: Also, I have tried uninstalling and deleting all OBS files, then reinstalling. No change

Thank you for the log file, though this isn't the crash log, this is a regular log. Do you get the "Oops! OBS has crashed" message box?

I did once, but I didn't grab the crash log. I'll try streaming again to get a log. Brb.

Anyone have an update on this? I've been unable to stream for a couple weeks at this point.

Unless I get an answer from someone I'm gonna have to move on from OBS. I'd hate to, as its nice software, but I have fans I need to attend to.

This is caused by your headset being unplugged / disabled / etc during the stream.

I'm not sure why they would disconnect, they are constantly plugged into the USB ports.

It's possible the USB is getting dislodged or something and it's getting reset.
