Bug Report OBS Crash with Quick Sync (log + minidump)

Hi,

Sorry for my bad English. I am not a native English speaker.

The Quick Sync method does not work on my machine.
When using the method I just get a frozen preview after a few seconds.
And the OBS crashes when I stop it.
This event can always be reproduced.

I have the exact same problem and the crash is very random. Never had this before in previous builds. I'll try the testbuild!
