No I have done that multiple times, but it keeps crashing, it might work for a little but it is very frustrating when I am trying to stream

Thank you.

1) Set the OBS Studio audio format to 48kHz. This is the native format of the capture card audio and by doing this you can reduce CPU usage(No resampling) as well as reduce potential for audio issues caused by resampling.
2) Set the "Game Capture HD" source resolution to 1080p and don't use custom resolution, leave it on default. Forcing a custom resolution, even 720p can cause issues.

Oh sorry never mind it's crashing now even with a reboot, audio is set to 48 and it is set to 1080p
