OBS Crash when 'Start Stream' Button is pressed

When pressing 'start stream' OBS crashed and i get this message in the picture. If i press 'start stream' again, then i get a similar message but then i can also download the log file. I uploaded that logfile onto OBC Analysis but there it showed no critical errors.

Have AMD Radeon software and checked for updates, but mine are up to date.

On my other computer with the exacr same specs (just another SATA Drive), i can stream no problem. So my guess is Windows settings, but there i already looked through.

Reinstalled OBS and also my Graphics Drivers. Both are up to date.
OBS still not working :/

I will try downgrading my amd radeon (graphics) drivers and see if that solves the problem.

Downgraded my Graphics Driver. OBS WORKING :D
