Bug Report Obs Crash when preview

I keep getting this every time i try to preview stream or start streaming

I dont know if its a hardware or software problem, can anyone help me?

I'm not entirely sure yet but this -could- be driver related; could you see if updating your video card drivers changes anything at all?

Nvidia says my driver are up to date, i even re installed the driver. im still getting this crash

I have an ASUS GTX 550 Ti Nvidia says i have a 320 driver

Disable your ASUS overlay.

I disabled it and got the same error

Can you post a .dmp file with the overlay disabled?

atkdx11disp.dll is still loaded, it doesn't look like it was disabled properly. You could try uninstalling it to be sure.

On an unrelated note, your crash dump also seems to show you have the BrowserProtect malware installed, you may wish to run a scan.

thanks for pointing out BrowserProtect i ran a scan and removed. I looked up atkdx11disp.dll, and it happens to be Gamer OSD also from Asus, i didnt have it running but apparently having on the drive is enough. Im uninstalling it and hopefully this works

It worked perfectly and thank you for letting me know exactly what file was creating the problem
