After messing around with some settings some more it seems to be a problem with eithet Full Screen games (Only tested with Rocksmith 2014 so not sure) or the Game Capture option. For now I changed the game from Full Screen to windowed mode & set OBS to Window Capture instead of Game Capture low & behold no crashes. Hopefully there will be a fix for this as I don't normally like to play/stream in Windowed mode. Thanks hope someone looks into this or has more info
