Question / Help OBS Crash on Encoder Settings

Hi, I have a i7 6700K when I try and get onto the Encoder page of the settings menu, OBS has stopped working all the time, I can get on everything except this page.

I have looked through some of the other answers and doesn't seem to want to work.

I am running Windows 10 (I completely hate it but Skylake is a pain in the ass!)

Is there a fix for this or no? All well and good saying it's my nVidia but a little bit of help or maybe a explanation would go a long way.
