Bug Report OBS Crash Kernel

Hi,
Yesterday OBS begins to crash when attempting to record/stream/preview.
Last Sunday ( 2 days ago) OBS works fine and I don't update anything in my computer (drivers nvidia/windows/obs...).

Here is the content of the error log:

Looks like one of your browser sources is causing the crash actually.

This looks like some 3rd party software has messed with your system and is hooking D3D apps with CLR code injection. What did you install recently?

now I delete all the browser sources that I was using and the error continues:

I didn't install anything between the Sunday and yesterday :S

You've installed something that is interfering with D3D. Maybe some overlay, driver, FPS monitor, etc.
