Question / Help OBS crash after updated to 19.0.3

Black Screen with Game Capture after updated to 19.0.3

This happening every time lunch the software after update to 19.0.3 below is the application logs from device.

I tried payday2 / CS:GO audio no issue on recording and sync but the screen still remain black.
The second logs is show i try personal game which windows basic not full screen is able to capture.

Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.

I'm just using OBS so far, is it mean i needed to uninstall the current OBS and reinstall ?

No, something is messing with your Direct3D, so a 3rd party application is conflicting.
