Question / Help NES emulator Black Screen with Game Capture

I am running OBS studio and using an NES emulator. When I add the game capture and resize the red bordered box to make sure it's in the center there is no picture. I got it to work once but can't figure out what I did. Here is my log. I capture SNES games and PC games fine.I have tried running both the NES emulator and OBS studio as administrator.

I want to record footage from Nestopia as well, but as far as I've seen, there's no Windows 10 instuctions in this thread. Can anyone help me out ? LOL.
