Bug Report OBS crash after preview or streaming

I have no problems opening OBS and I can mess with scenes and everything and close the program with no issues. I don't have any issues until I click stream or preview stream. If I click one of those, it will function fine until I go to close the program. Once I go to close the program, I receive a notification that OBS has crashed along with the following crash report. I've also attached the crash minidump as instructed.
